Meet Gary Scott

Construction Manager

Gary is our Construction Manager and holds a wealth of knowledge with his 30 years in the industry, being with Urban 3 for fifteen of those. His extensive experience in building, supervising and site management, are what puts him at the start of every site assessment and preparation, coordinating his trades and materials throughout the entire first on-site phase of your build. Gary is heavily involved with his local footy club, where his son plays, and enjoys a round of golf in his spare time.

Eric Camarinha

Head Supervisor

With Urban 3 from the very beginning, Eric started out as an apprentice carpenter, studying and displaying hard-work all the way through to Head Supervisor and Maintenance Director.

Phil Squeo

Custom Home Specialist

Phil is our Custom Home Specialist & Estimator and likely the first person you will meet and greet. With 15 years of experience in the building industry, he highlights the importance of customer service and communication, making him an integral part of your process with Urban 3.

Rob Fiorita

Director

One third of the original founders of Urban 3 in 2007, Rob has been a big part of forming and building a tight-knit unit in consulting, building and developing, before he took over as sole director in 2015.
