Sam is our On-site Foreman, specialising in maintenance, landscaping and machine operation. His work ethic and reliability are highly valued by our on-site team, who can always count on him to be on the move and keep our sites maintained. Sam is an excellent landscaper and family man, and in his down time he indulges in his passion for cars and mechanics.

Phil is our Custom Home Specialist & Estimator and likely the first person you will meet and greet. With 15 years of experience in the building industry, he highlights the importance of customer service and communication, making him an integral part of your process with Urban 3.

Marie Fiorita

Office Manager

Marie has been full-time with the Urban 3 team since 2019, progressing through planning and contract administration, selections, and now Office Administrator & Purchasing Coordinator.

Rob Fiorita

Director

One third of the original founders of Urban 3 in 2007, Rob has been a big part of forming and building a tight-knit unit in consulting, building and developing, before he took over as sole director in 2015.
