One third of the original founders of Urban 3 in 2007, Rob has been a big part of forming and building a tight-knit unit in consulting, building and developing, before he took over as sole director in 2015.
Phil is our Custom Home Specialist & Estimator and likely the first person you will meet and greet. With 15 years of experience in the building industry, he highlights the importance of customer service and communication, making him an integral part of your process with Urban 3.
Marie has been full-time with the Urban 3 team since 2019, progressing through planning and contract administration, selections, and now Office Administrator & Purchasing Coordinator.
With over a decade at Urban 3, Belinda is the ins and outs of our Accounts department. She is Rob’s right hand and the pivotal figure in invoicing and claims communication with our clients, contractors and creditors.
With Urban 3 from the very beginning, Eric started out as an apprentice carpenter, studying and displaying hard-work all the way through to Head Supervisor and Maintenance Director.
Sam is our On-site Foreman, specialising in maintenance, landscaping and machine operation. His work ethic and reliability are highly valued by our on-site team, who can always count on him to be on the move and keep our sites maintained.
