With Urban 3 from the very beginning, Eric started out as an apprentice carpenter, studying and displaying hard-work all the way through to Head Supervisor and Maintenance Director. He schedules and supervises throughout the second on-site phase and all the way to handover and beyond, working alongside Phil on coordination and synchronising with our clients. When he’s not working, Eric spends time with his wife & two young children, tending to the family farm and beekeeping, as well as being a long-time and passionate fisherman.
