His work ethic and reliability are highly valued by our on-site team, who can always count on him to be on the move and keep our sites maintained. Sam is an excellent landscaper and family man, and in his down time he indulges in his passion for cars and mechanics.

Phil is our Custom Home Specialist & Estimator and likely the first person you will meet and greet. With 15 years of experience in the building industry, he highlights the importance of customer service and communication, making him an integral part of your process with Urban 3.

Eric Camarinha

Head Supervisor

With Urban 3 from the very beginning, Eric started out as an apprentice carpenter, studying and displaying hard-work all the way through to Head Supervisor and Maintenance Director.

Gary is our Construction Manager and holds a wealth of knowledge with his 30 years in the industry, being with Urban 3 for fifteen of those.
