“Where do I begin! No words will be able to say how thankful I am for the beautiful home you’ve built for me. Choosing to build was a huge decision, I didn’t know many people who had been through the experience and all I had been told was it was a stressful, risky decision.

Thank you all for your time and patience. Let’s be honest, I had no clue what I was doing, but everyone’s experience shone through by your ability to explain every step in detail (and sometimes explaining multiple times!). I am so grateful for the time it took to chat on the phone, emails and in person. I felt your door was always open and no question was too silly to ask. Thank you for involving me throughout the entire build process as well. Now, speaking to others who have built through other companies, I know that this isn’t very common and your communication skills are what I believe make Urban3 a fantastic company.
