  My husband & I built with Urban 3 in 2021/2022. Urban 3 were nothing but professional & all class! From the first moment we met with Rob at the office to the day of handover. We were nowhere near the easiest clients, building a house & planning a wedding during covid times was a very stressful time. Even after us contacting Urban 3 a lot of the time by emails, messages & phonecalls which would not have been easiest & probably caused stress, especially when there were many lockdowns. They were still very professional & patient with us through the whole process. We can't thank Rob, Phil, Eric, Gary, Marie & Belinda for all their hard & great work for us & our beautiful home! We couldn't have been any happier with the way our house was designed & built, with nothing but love & care! However it was damaged this March due to two men breaking in & destroying some of Urban 3's hard work. The damage was eventually fixed & the beautiful home that Urban 3 created & built is back to the way it was! Thank you Urban 3, it was stressful during our selection & building process but the end result is nothing but pure class! We couldn't be any happier with our beautiful home & love living in the house that you guys built.

  Honestly if you are looking to build you have to talk with Urban3. From the moment we first sat with them we new we’d struck gold as far as straight talk, honesty, flexibility and accommodating our must haves. Phil Gary and Eric are solution driven and available all the way through the build. We ended up with a quality home we are proud of (we’ve had strangers taking pics and knocking on the door to find out the builder) that was on budget, and maintained a great relationship with them through the process. Can’t ask for more than that. We’ve built 4 homes before and rank Urban3 above the others. You need to at least reach out to them and you’ll know what I mean. They were so helpful at every stage and answered all questions we had and were always timely in getting back to us and updating us on all processes along the way. The level of detail and care was second to none! Overall from okay to build to hoto was less than 1 year!
